Jerry Strasbaugh established our firm in 1986, after having worked nearly 15 years in the land development business for a local homebuilder. Over the years our firm has been involved in numerous projects in the Washington D.C. region, ranging from townhouse subdivisions to gated country club communities.
Goals:
Our goal is to manage and facilitate the construction of first rate communities in the region, from the installation of utilities and roadways, to elements such as trees and landscaping, streetlights, and tot lots.
We also strive to provide superior property management services both during construction and after project completion. This includes management of an association's governing documents, regular communication with Board of Directors, and utilization of our development related strengths to assist an association.

To ensure our clients' needs are satisfied we constantly invite our residents to participate and provide input. We have found that the best functioning association's are those where residents are deeply involved.
